Born and raised in Wyoming, I love working with buyers who are anxious to have a quality life style in North Texas, with clear air, blue skies and Lake Texoma. The first part of my career I spent working in sales and marketing for an Austin based company. I moved to Dallas, in 1992 and began a career in finance and banking. I joined Wells Fargo as a Business Development Officer, promoted to Commercial Banker, Senior Banker and became the first woman to join the management team. It was an honor to hire, train and lead a top performing team of successful bankers in the Dallas market. After over 20 years in banking, we moved to our Lake House, moved my husband's real estate company to Pottsboro, the Lake Community by Lake Texoma. It is a move I will never regret. I joined my husband's firm, Tracy Realty and we have a dynamic team. My goal is to help sellers maximize the value of a property by; properly staging, de-cluttering, and making sure the house and yard are worthy of an offer. My buyers benefit from my working with an experience and successful broker. We have a dedicated team of; good inspectors, trusted contractors, licensed plumbers and electricians, to determine the necessary repairs and costs, prior to purchasing your largest investment. Home ownership is very special to me, as when I was in second grade, my father lost our house in a high stakes poker game, and we went from living in a wonderful home to living with wonderful grandparents. It is a passion for me to help my clients solve what their housing needs are, and have a good time doing it.
