Hello Fellow Pilots,

Welcome to my website! I developed a love for flying as a young boy while sitting in the right seat of my father's airplane and have been actively flying since.

I am also a realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex in the Dallas Tx. Area and have been blessed with a very successful business being a top producer since 2000 and successfully helping over 500 families achieve the dream of home ownership.

To utilize these acquired skills, I have decided to combine the two things that I enjoy most (Aviation and Real Estate) and market exclusively to the Aviation Community.

I currently fly an S-35 Beech Bonanza and am located at a private strip in the Dallas Tx area and have been marketing exclusive Texas Aviation Properties from the air. I am always very anxious to talk to anyone you may know who is considering buying or selling one of these types of properties.

I have discovered the need for a flying realtor while trying to locate aviation properties for clients. Amenities such as runway length, direction, runway composition, airport identifiers, facilities, hangars, taxi ways, etc are all very important to potential buyers and need to be included equally in the marketing.
