My life began in Waco, TX and it's always been home. Before becoming a real estate agent I grew up working in our family's business of 30 years which helped me to establish customer service, passion to help others, building many loyal relationships, developing my love for others and treating everyone with respect that I was taught by my wonderful parents. I worked 13 years for a fitness franchise corporate office along with training the franchisees on the equipment which I enjoyed and then worked for the Texas Lottery as Sales Representative servicing many retailers, training them, trouble-shooting/chronic retailer issues with meeting compliance requirements. Using my extensive knowledge of the Waco and Central Texas market, providing expert guidance to each client in my care as I work creatively toward their goals. Offering information and assistance at every stage of the transaction, including in-depth market, risk, return on investment, and trend analysis; marketing; and construction oversight. My satisfied clients include the full range of asset managers, investors, buyers, and sellers. I also assist with my husband's remodels and new builds. Very passionate about helping others, especially working to help people's real estate dreams come true, spending time with family, kids, fishing, love the outdoors and traveling.
