AJ was born in Sherman, Texas, but grew up in Round Rock, Texas, just north of Austin. He was raised by his mother and father alongside his older sister. AJ resides in Lakeway Texas with his loving wife Kayla who teaches/coaches at Lake Travis Middle School.Before AJ began his career in real estate, he attended the University of Texas @ Austin where he studied Youth and Community Studies, and played collegiate basketball. He left UT to pursue professional basketball in Europe, Italy, Greece and Czech Republic for four years, which only further diversified his background. In 2013, AJ returned to Austin to complete his academic career where he received his undergraduate degree. After graduation, AJ began a career in sales, which lead him to real estate. Acquiring skills such as hard work, determination and ability to connect with people from all walks of life continue to help him succeed and make him a valuable resource.AJ views real estate not only as making a positive impact on others who are looking for a place to call home, but also having a significant impact on the Austin community as well. His passion to help others is demonstrated through the consultative approach he brings to each one of his clients with the goal to make the entire process as easy as possible. AJ prides himself in being very active in the city of Austin. He often helps with youth basketball camps and stresses the importance of education to every student-athlete. He hopes to have more opportunities to speak with more students throughout Austin for years to come.
