Nika Arast has called the Dallas area home for more than 20 years. Although shes a Texan at heart now, she spent her early life abroad, growing up in Germany until her family settled in Dallas when she was in high school. She graduated with a degree in marketing and sociology from SMU and spent 10 years in the advertising field, including a year spent working in New York City.
Nikas passion for helping others and her desire to start a family in her adopted hometown of Dallas soon led her into real estate. She has been in real estate for more than 10 years, and her family has more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate. She is dedicated to helping her clients at every stage of the real estate process, from buying or building their dream home to getting the best offer when its time to sell.
When shes not helping her clients or spending time with her husband and their two sons, Nika enjoys working on her 501c3 nonprofit organization, Heart of Autism, which helps North Texas children and families on the autism spectrum. She has been featured many times for her philanthropy work in her community and has been recognized for the deep foundations she has set.
