Before getting into Real Estate, I was in CorporateSales with a manufacturing company providing electronic products to many Fortune 100 companies around the globe. This experience provided me withgreat training onhow to listen to understand the needs and desires of a clientenablingthe delivery ofexactly what the clientwants and needs.
The MBA and Corporate Salesexperience separates me from many people in
RealEstate because I understand the bottom line, theneed to provide excellent andpersonal service, have quick response times, and the importance offollowing-up onany action items. This philosophy allows me to address any issues or provide needed information quicklyand efficiently to ensure I provide the best possible service.
When a family wants to buy a home, we will have a face to face meeting to discuss your "dreamhome":must have items, like to have items, and things you will not accept in a new home. During themeeting, we will discuss thesteps of buying a home fromthe pre-approval processthroughto theclosing and getting the keysto your newhome.
When I begin a discussion to sell a family's home, I always begin by telling them toremember why they purchased their home. This allows the seller to think like a buyer. This mindset helps when we put together a plan to sell your home. This plan notonly includes the best price for your home, but we will have an open and honest discussion about anyneeded repairs or updates that will allowthe home to sell in the shortest amount oftimeand the highest price possible.
When a family is buyingor selling a home, thereare a lot of emotions fear, anxiety and doubt. This is what I love the most about real estate. The joy and satisfactionI feel when the family has signed all the documents, and they are handed the keys to their new home or they realize they can now buy their "dream" home. You
can just watch all the fear, anxiety, and doubt just melt away into happiness and
excitement.
