Jody Brannon, a North Texas native, was born and raised in the Wichita Falls area and continues his strong ties to the community. A graduate of Vernon High School and of Texas Tech University, Jody received a BBA degree majoring in General Business. While a student at Texas Tech, Jody worked for McDougal Properties for more than two years. Jody's real world education in real estate developed as he worked and learned from the owner/broker of Hirschi Realtors.

Jody beleives the most important traits to possess in the real estate business are honesty, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile. He takes pride in all that he does, and puts the interest of his clients before all cother, including his own.

In a short amout of time, Jody became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer at Hirschi Realtors, and was name Rising Star of the Year in 2006 by the WFAR. In 2007, Jody earned his GRI designation as a Graduate Realtor Institute and was nominated as the Chairman of the Eduation Committee. By 2008, Jody became a Mega-Million Dollar Producer and earned his ABR designation as an Accredited Buyers Representative. In 2009, Jody was nominated as the Chairman of the TREPAC Committee, which played a huge role at the WFAR. During the same year, he was named Salesperson of the Year by the WFAR. In 2011, he earned his CRS designation as a Certifed Residential Specalist. Jody stays very active at the board level and currently serves as the Vice President of the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors.
