I often times hear people say There are so many realtors out there and more getting in the business every day. This is certainly true and more the reason why you should look to really understand who you are working with.

I am the father of 2 amazing children and the husband of an amazing wife. We currently live in Brock, TX; where we have lived for the past 6 years. We enjoy the outdoors and love camping. I have worked extensively in the transportation industry for the last 12 years; ranging from railroad track construction to owning a trucking company.
I hold a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Technical management.

So why is all of this important to you? Well because I have been negotiating contracts on behalf of my company and those that I work on behalf of for years. I have also become extremely analytical and understand that there is no cookie cutter way to do things, but that you should evaluate each option and determine which is best for your customer. I also know how important this can be to both you and your family. The same as it is for me when I purchased the place I call home. I want to leverage my knowledge, prior experience, and negotiation training to help you achieve your real estate goals.
