Kourtnie has been in the real estate industry for almost a decade. She has an extensive background in sales and takes pride in her profession as a Realtor. Having sold homes in a wide variety of prices ranging from starter homes to luxury properties, there is not much she is unable to help with. Using her old fashion values to really get to know her clients and listen to their needs has been key to each successful transaction in her career. Early on in her career Kourtnie heard a business coach on a podcast say Find something you would do for free and be so good at it that people pay you to do it and that is exactly what she does. Thanks to loyal friends and clients she has been a top producer year after year while primarily working off of referrals and repeat business.
Kourtnie was born and raised in San Marcos, TX and currently lives in the Buda/Kyle area. Spending time with her family while traveling is her favorite thing. She and her husband, who is a full time police officer, have two children and two dogs who keep them busy with life and everything in-between.
