When you first meet Carla Henderson, you feel immediately at ease. Her warm, friendly demeanor and positive personality make you feel right at home. Carla is fun loving and knowledgeable about our community, Aggieland. She attends classes with enthusiasm to keep up to date on changing contracts and issues that affect the local and state real estate.

Carlas coworkers voted her the Agents Agent of 2002 during her years with Century 21. This is an award given to the person whom other real estate agents would want to represent them if they were not in real estate themselves. What a compliment. Her next greatest award was when she was voted REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the BCS Association of Realtors in 2009. That was a great honor. In 2013, Carla accomplished her long term goal of becoming the President for the BCS Association of Realtors. After 17 years of volunteer service as various committee chairs, vice chair and multiple years serving on the executive board, her dream came true. She aspires to achieve many personal dreams as well as business, thus she began Aggieland Vacation Rentals in 2012, the first of its kind, to provide booking services to property owners in Aggieland.

Most of all Carlas passion to help others in the BCS real estate market has produced much growth within Aggieland Realtors to meet demand and provide the highest quality customer service possible.

Carla has a grown daughter, Crystal, who resides in the Austin area, as well as an array of family all located all within three hours of Aggieland. Carla is always active with family and friends. When at home, she can be found in the flowerbeds or working on home projects. She is always ready to take on a new challenge. She loves traveling, kayaking, giving to charity and attending social events.

Carla specializes in luxury homes, new home construction, student housing, buyers, first time home buyers, investors, residential real estate and sellers transactions.
