Growing up in Arlington, Texas and studying marketing at Texas State University in San Marcos, Amy has always been a keen negotiator with a heart for helping others. This is evident by her work with Autistic toddlers in Georgetown, Texas for several years before her daughter, Avery was born in 2001.
Subsequently, Amy turned to real estate in 2002 in order to spend more time with Avery, while allowing her to assist others realize their hopes and dreams.
In addition to real estate, Amy created a successful transaction coordination company in the largest real estate office in Austin, worked as a marketing representative for Home Warranty of America and assisted Realtors and lenders build their businesses through marketing and communications for Austin Title.
With her extensive sales and marketing experience, Amy has developed strong relationship building skills and conflict resolution abilities while maintaining superior customer service.
Her hard work has been rewarded with several honors and industry positions including the Williamson County Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year Award in 2008 and 2011, the Womens Council of Realtors Secretary in 2011 and the Womens Council of Realtors Vice President of Membership in 2012-2013.
Amy married Kirk Kobza in 2009 and combined their families. They are extremely blessed and feel fortunate to share their lives together with their three daughters Sydney, Avery and Savannah. Amy believes she is now living the better life and wants to help others do the same.
In 2018 Amy earned her Texas Brokers License and opened Better Life Realty in June of 2020. Amy and her team of agents are passionate about treating their clients with honestly and respect.
