Having lived in Kingsland and Sunrise Beach area since 1965, Mary Ann Liverman can offer her expertise of Lake LBJ and surrounding areas. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003.

Mary Ann attended and graduated Llano High School, as well as her two sons.
Her designations include GRI, e-Pro, RSPS and CLHMS and she has been a 4 time Bronze Medal Winner.
In 2014, she and her husband Todd formed the Liverman Team, a husband and wife team. Todd is a Texas Ranch Land Specialist.
Todd grew up in Brady, Texas. He has lived in Leander, Liberty Hill and the Austin area. He also lived a large part of his life in Lampasas, TX, where his 3 daughters lived and graduated school there. He has managed ranches and deer leases and is very knowledgeable in those areas. Todd focuses on Texas Ranches. He also carries the GRI Designation.
Together they are members of the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors, Central Hill Country Board of Realtors, NAR, TAR and WCR.
