My career in real estate began in 1974 and has flourished with the help of my clients and associates ever since. After weathering several recessions, ups and downs, marketing changes and learning about what doors technology has opened over the years, I have learned that the only thing consistent in real estate, or life, is change. From the rewards resulting in a first time homebuyer's excitement of their new home to watching a multi-million dollar development rise from the bare land sold to investors, each transaction is unique and full of lessons to use in the next challenge. Over the years I have enjoyed all levels of real estate sales and management from sales manager to president of a 5 office top company during the 1980s, full of even more challenges. Sales manager of the North Arlington office and later back to the Southwest and Mansfield office until the company was purchased and subsequently closed under the new management.

President and CEO of a top producing real estate company in Arlington, Mansfield and Bedford, Texas with five offices. Designed and implemented an extensive training program that helped new and veteran agents to achieve lofty levels of production while striving to maintain the cohesive relationships so needed in a volatile market. Implemented a networked computer system for the corporate staff.
June 1980 - December 1983 - In 1980 accepted sales manager position and guided 20-30 agents in southwest Arlington and Mansfield to an award winning status by building the production to an average of 2 million dollar per agent while maintaining my own real estate sales volume of 2-3 million per year.
April 1974 - June 1980 - Licensed in 1974 and obtained a Texas real estate brokers license in 1975. After one year in sales only, I accepted an invitation into the management team as an assistant manager learning the skills to guide and train real estate agents toward their goals.
