BioJeff Vrana is a CPA and started his career in 1984 with KPMG with his focus in Mortgage Banking and Real Estate. In 1988 he became the Accounting Manager of a large National Mortgage Company and helped manage the REO portfolio of over 2000 properties. He ended his mortgage career in 2009 as the CFO of a National Mortgage Company which produced mortgage loans in 42 states and had over 600 employees. As the CFO, he managed every aspect of the company and was directly responsible for negotiating over $1 Billion of financing with National Banks.In 2009, Jeff left the mortgage industry and helped start two successful Property Tax Consulting firms, specializing in residential and commercial property valuation and negotiation. Jeff still retains a minority interest in one of the firms whose clients include ToysRUs, Darden Restaurants, Walgreens and Landrys. Jeff started his real estate sales career as a Realtor with Gary Greene Real Estate. In June 2012, Gary Greene partnered with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate, which brought the 50 year old Houston real estate company marketing power of a brand that has been part of the American home since 1924.Jeff was born and grew up in El Campo, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984. He married his wife Kelly Vrana (Laswell) in 1987 and they have been happily married for 25 years. He has 3 children, Ashley, Lindsey and Justin. The Vrana family are members of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and have lived in Champions Park subdivision for 24 years.
