Beverly Gray Hanson is a realtor with Realty Texas and The owner operator of Foreman
Cleaning. She moved to Austin, TX in 2001 from the Little town of Washington, NC. Since she
has lived in South Austin, East Austin, Further East Austin, The Hill Country, Pflugerville, Round
Rock, and Georgetown, TX. Beverly has been in service industry since she was 15. She later
became a licensed hairstylist working in full-service salons from 2002-2005. In 2005 she
decided to start a business and named it Foreman Cleaning. She started her cleaning company
from the ground up posting adds on Craigslist, knocking on doors, and passing out cards and
flyers. While growing her cleaning business she also worked weekends at Cindys Salon in
Georgetown, TX and waitressed nights at Serranos Cantina in South Austin. Eventually,
Foreman Cleaning was successful enough that she left the salon and restaurant.
In the many years running her cleaning company, cleaning, managing her girls, and often
performing Make-Ready services for realtors and property management companies her interest
in real estate grew. Beverlys desire to become a realtor became her reality. She now offers
FREE cleanings to all her buyer and sellers throughout their transaction/s. She truly enjoys her
work, being able to provide jobs within her cleaning business, helping people keep their homes
clean, helping realtors with their properties, helping first time home buyers, helping sellers
understand the value of their homes. Beverly feels very blessed to truly be in the Home-Work
industry and able to help her clients in so many ways.
Being in this type of customer service field, where confidentiality, sensitivity, and trust are the
most important qualities, This is where she shines.
Beverly has and will continue to carry these principles in both her cleaning and real estate
careers!
