I studied in St. Dominics College Kanjirapally Kerala India 1983 to 1986. I was elected as the college union Chairman in 1984-85. After completing my Bachelorsdegree in Commerce, I went to Pune and took my masters in Social work from University of Pune India. Then took Law degree from university of Pun and enrolled as an attorney in Cochin High court 1993. I met my wonderful wife in Cochin and married her in 1995. We came to US and settled in Plano TX. Shine isa software engineer. With her encouragement I took Microsoft Certification MCP and worked in the computer industry for 2 years.

1999 I left my computer job and started real estate carrier. I joined with Century21 Park one office in Plano in 1999 November till 2003. I was one of the top producing agents in about 100 plus agents office in 2003. 2004 I started Roy Plat Inc. dba Plat Realty. Since then I bought and sold hundreds of propertiesto my clients. Real-estate and property management business is the only business we do and we do it right! My legal background helping me to foresee some of the potential issues and proactively work for my clients. We have 3 Wonderful kids and hundreds of happy clients all aver the metroplex! I was awarded as Five star Real estate professional by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2012 and 2013.It is one of the prestigious third party award you can get in this industry.
