Alycen is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a doctorate degree in pharmacy. Her love for the beach brought her from San Antonio to South Padre Island in 2009.
After almost two decades in the profession of pharmacy, she decided to make her hobby of real estate and home improvement a reality. Growing up she loved helping her father with his home improvement projects. She was very hands on in the remodeling of her own home. Whether it is hanging a new ceiling fan, installing flooring, or painting a room, you can count on her attention to detail to help you find your dream home.
She is a resident of South Padre Island with her husband, Kevin, and their fuzzy, four legged children, most of which are rescues. They are active in the community and love outdoor activities that the beach life offers.
Alycen's new career in real estate has her working alongside a seasoned Padre Elite Team where she will be working to find buyers like you find the perfect home, whether that be your first home or vacation getaway.
