Jennifer Franke is a highly successful realtor in DFW producing multimillion-dollar real estate sales each year. She has vast experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Jennifer started her career in the mortgage industry and has spent the last decade in residential and commercial sales and leasing. She also has experience in historical conversions, condominiums, multi-family developments and farm and land sales. She works with a variety of clients and properties including the recent development and sales of Dickson-Jenkins Lofts and Plaza in Fort Worths historic Near Southside.
Jennifer attributes much of her success to the work ethic and resilience learned by her experience as the child of a military family who moved frequently. That experience taught her to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and how to quickly approach people and make new friends and colleagues. She also learned to persistently work through problems that might seem like permanent roadblocks to others. Jennifer has a special place in her heart for military families that need real estate help in the local area and working with all types of buyers, sellers and investors is easy for her. Whether someone is a first-time buyer or a luxury and vacation home seller or planning to build a free-standing building for a growing business, Jennifer provides professional direction for her customers from financing to completion, no matter their needs.

Living and working around the country and in North Texas for nearly 30 years, her experience and vision extends beyond the DFW Metroplex and she services a variety of counties not limited to Tarrant, Wise, Parker, Dallas and Collin. Jennifers ultimate goal is always customer satisfaction and her resulting referrals come from all over the United States.
In her downtime, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters as well as work with local animal charities and her involvement in local music and art communities.
