I started in real estate because of my deep love of people and community. My wife and I built our first home and when we decided to move after 8 wonderful years, I sold it by owner in just under 30 days! We then moved into real estate investing working on flip properties and rental units. After we saw the community impact of our work, I realized that providing greater access to quality housing was were I needed to focus. It became paramount for me to obtain my real estate license and the REALTOR(c) designation. This ensures a win-win scenario for home owners and investors alike. My goal is to link my clients to the right property, for the right price, at the right time.
