I was a Realtor in Bowie in the late 90s working for my mother and broker, Sue Swint for 5 years then I moved to the Graham Texas area where I raised my kids until they had all gone off to college. My husband and I then moved to Temple Texas where he was transferred and it was great because it made us closer to Austin and Waco where some of our children lived and went to college. After my husband retired from a 35 year career we decided to relocate back to my home town.
My brother Josh Swint is my broker now and owns the family business, Sue Swint Realty. I have been selling real estate here for 3 years and love being back in Bowie with my parents, my brother's family and my friends. Three of my children are also now in the real estate business....it is definitely in our DNA! Working with families to help them find homes and ranches is what I do, working to be the best at providing great customer service (which I feel a lost art in today's world) is WHY I do it! I truly love my job!
