With over twenty-five years experience in selling multi-million dollar solution deals in the high technology industry where superb communication and negotiation skills are a must, becoming a Realtor was a logical career move for me. Despite the many potential hurdles in completing a real estate transaction, creativity, perseverance, empathy, and commitment are all key attributes necessary for a winning Realtor / client relationship.
I am a big believer in the importance of a professional in any field staying current on their industry. From a real estate perspective, I have completed over four hundred hours in real estate continuing education hours and have attained my Texas Brokers license and five real estate certifications / designations in the process. This elective education and the associated certifications / designations provide my clients with the confidence that they are working with a Realtor and Broker knowledgeable on the industry trends and markets.
I am a 5th generation Texan, grew up in the mid cities and attended college in Texas, both at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas at Arlington where I earned a BBA and MBA in sales and marketing management. I've owned a residence in urban and suburban settings and in neighborhoods ranging from historic homes, suburban single-family homes and high-rise condominiums. This personal experience and extensive knowledge of the entire DFW Metroplex gives me a unique advantage in market knowledge that many other real estate professionals can't offer.
