Terri McCutcheon represents both buyers and sellers primarily in the Collin County, Grayson County, Cooke County and Denton County areas. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Terri has lived in various parts of the DFW area since 1984. Terri is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received a BBA in Production and Operations Management. She later received her MBA from the University of Dallas.

Following a career in semiconductor management with Texas Instruments and STMicroelectronics, Terri stayed home to raise her young boys before returning to a management position with an oilfield production equipment company in 2011. The desire to have a career closer to home and serve the people of her community led her to a career in real estate in 2014.

Terri has spent years serving on a variety of volunteer boards, commissions and committees including membership on various boards for the Town of Prosper, as a Commissioner on the Town of Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission, Prosper Little League Board Member, Prosper United Methodist Preschool Advisory Board Member, President of Vote! Yes for Prospers Future President for the 2011 Bond Election and Prosper ISD Bond Committee.

In addition to Terris residential, land and farm & ranch real estate experience in the area, she has a designation as a Certified Home Luxury Marketing Specialist.

Terri and her family have lived in Prosper for over 15 years. Her 3 sons keep her laughing and on the go at all times. Terri and her family are actively involved in various Prosper FFA livestock projects. Terri is a proud sponsor of the Collin County Buyers Syndicate supporting the Collin County Junior Livestock Show.

Terri specializes in luxury homes, farm and ranch, lots/acreage, new construction and investment properties transactions.
