Blake Carter

Howdy! My name is Blake and I am a native Austinite and Texan. I have had the wonderful privilege of seeing the city grow and watching the real estate landscape of Austin transform from a relatively small, Texas city, to the global powerhouse city that it has become.

Having been brought up in the city, I have the advantage of knowing nearly all Austin neighborhoods in great detail. While I do specialize in the North Austin suburbs, I have the ability to serve buyers and sellers in several markets in the city.

I grew up in and around real estate. My mother ran a successful real estate company pre-2008 which gave me the opportunity to see the power of real estate in action. However, during the housing crisis of 2008, I saw my mother lose everything she had. My family and I spent years afterwards in a situation in which we were deemed homeless. This has given me a wonderful perspective in life, and in real estate. Having come from the experiences I have, I am now passionate about serving underprivileged communities and actually founded a non profit alongside my mother that serves those deemed homeless as well as disadvantaged youth in our city.

For my clients, I am passionate about teaching ways to protect themselves from the ebbs and flows of the real estate market. Having been personally involved in real estate for 6 years, I am able to speak to and serve my clients from a highly educated point and with true care for them.

I believe that real estate in Austin is a modern day gold rush. Those that are lucky enough to be selling and buying real estate in Austin right now need a representative who not only cares about their bottom line, but will work harder than any other agent in the city. I am proud to be that for my clients.
