Hi, my name is Dana and I LOVE being in Real Estate. I don't have to sell, but I choose to sell. There is a HUGE difference. I'm not simply one of those people that work solely for the commission. This business allows me the opportunity to interact and develop relationships with wonderful people every single day. I experience great joy when I perform well for my clients. I understand through both my experience and my education, how to treat people who are working through a real estate transaction. It's likely that I have been where my clients are at one time or another in regards to purchasing or selling real estate. I have been a first-time home buyer. I remember purchasing a cute, little "starter home" and I focused on the cute appearance while missing the fact that it did not have any storage in the bathroom. I've also owned a larger home with acreage and discovered later that I simply did not have time for the upkeep. Whenever I've gone to list a 2-story home or a home with a pool, I understand both the buyer and seller because I've been there myself. From needing to upsize, downsize, and all the in between, I know that I can help you find your dream home!
I was born and raised in the Atlanta area and have a love for Cass County. I graduated from Atlanta High School and attended Texas A&M University-Texarkana where I received my Bachelor's degree. I am currently a Real Estate Broker, mother of two and a very proud "Nana" to my grand-babies! I have a heart-felt passion for helping other people and I'm excited for the opportunity to work in the Ark-La-Tex that I call "HOME". When I'm not diving into Real Estate each day, I also enjoy singing, songwriting, and spending time with my friends and family
