Jimmy Simien has been a Clear Lake resident for over 30 years. Having achieved a BS in Finance from University of Houston Clear Lake, Jimmy is a product of the Clear Creek I.S.D. educational system.
Jimmy has two daughters who are also graduates of the C.C.I.S.D. Jimmy is also a prominent member of the Real Estate community having been a licensed realtor and broker for over 10 years. In this time span, Jimmy has achieved many awards and accolades. He became a member of the RE/Max Hall of Fame in 2008. His other awards include being a Platinum Club member in 2006, 2007, 100% club member in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
As of January, 2009 Jimmy became a proud business owner when he created Simien Properties. Simien Properties mission statement is to provide Intelligent Real Estate services. Simien Properties is centrally located to provide assistance in all facets of the Real Estate community. We have a vast network of partners to assist our clients with their Real Estate needs.
