Jared was born and raised on South Padre Island, or as the locals say, an island native. His familiarity with the community, market, resources, and people make him especially unique to the real estate field here in the Rio Grande Valley. In addition to his deep connections throughout the South Padre Island and surrounding areas real estate community, he is also a local business owner. Acquiring skills from his chic health food store and juice bar, to managing his own condominium complex on the coast of Port Isabel. Prior to entering real estate, Jared spent years doing property management here on South Padre Island, getting to know each property, condominium, resort, and business intimately. On a personal note, Jared, like most locals, enjoys spending time in the sun on our beguiling white sand beach, being a husband and father to his 3-year-old son and 3 rescue dogs, being an active member of the community by volunteering in many local events and charities, and visiting recently opened businesses and restaurants, welcoming newcomers to our island with open arms.
