This commitment has earned me not only the coveted CRS(Council of Residential Specialists) designation which is earned through educational AND rigid real estate production requirements, but also the e-PRO (technology), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative)designations as well as the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) certification. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Finance degree with an emphasis in Real Estate and then attended TTU's School of Banking. Following my graduation, I worked in the real estate mortgage industry as a mortgage loan officer, underwriter (including for FHA), and a branch manager. This work in the mortgage industry has truly been invaluable to my business as a Realtor. It has given me a huge advantage when it comes to helping my clientele locate great lenders/financing and in guiding them through the whole buying/selling process from beginning to end! I have extensive experience with relocation companies, as well as in the area of new home construction.
