Kevin Manchester

Kevin moved to Austin from the Santa Barbara area in 2008. Having never stepped on Texas soil before, he quickly fell in love with the citys music scene, food, its great outdoors, and eventually the love of a woman inspired him to put roots down.

Kevin has always had the desire to help others, so after being in the states capital for a few years, he enrolled in fire and EMT training and promptly received accredited certifications in both. However, a very inconvenient aversion to sight of blood prompted a pivot. For the following 7+ years, Kevin was a top producer for Nordstrom.

Kevin and his wife purchased their first home in 2016, and soon after purchased their first investment property. Seeing the success one can have in building wealth through real estate, his new ambition became to help others do the same. After a year of success in the commercial world, he transitioned to residential real estate in order to work with individuals, families and investors alike.

When not helping people reach their real estate goals, you can find Kevin on one of the many golf courses around Austin, running around Town Lake, hiking the greenbelt or camping nearby with his wife and son.
