I have lived in Rockdale since I started the 1st grade and have been here ever since. I love this community and am proud to call it home. I am a member of the Rockdale Rotary Club, the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, Rockdale Downtown Association, a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have an Associates of Liberal Arts Degree from Blinn College. I am currently the owner/broker of Carol Matous-Jim Currey Realty formerly known as Jim Currey Realty. Jim Currey Realty was formed in 1954. I started working there as an agent in 1986 and then went on to get my broker's license in 1989. I took over Jim Currey Realty approx. 25 years ago and changed the name to Carol Matous-Jim Currey Realty. I look at my job as something I do not something I have to do. I truly love helping people find their ideal place to call home!
