Julio Evangelista is a dedicated and accomplished sales professional. His passion for helping others and love for real estate was the motivating force that lead him to this amazing and rewarding career.

He moved to Texas in the late 90s, while he was serving in the United States ARMY, in Fort Hood. After serving in the military, Julio spent the next twelve years in the semiconductor industry as a Buyer/Planner.

Julio is a proud husband and dad, who enjoys spending time with his family traveling, visiting small towns, and site seeing through his favorite part of Texas, our beautiful hill country. It is in those little things that makes it all worthy. His philosophy to live by: Give positive attitude to the universe, and you will get positivity back, treat other as you would like to be treated, and trust your instinct.

Su determinacin por conseguir y hacer lo necesario por su cliente, siempre poniendo el inters del cliente primero, le han permitido ser reconocido como mejor vendedor entre los primeros 50 en el 2016 y 2017. Julio se movi para Texas a mediado de los anos 90s, cual estaba en el servicio militar ARMY, en Fort Hood. Despus del servicio militar, Julio paso los prximos doce anos en la industria de semiconductores en el departamento de compras.

Julio es un padre y esposo orgulloso, quien disfruta pasar tiempo con su familia viajando, visitando pueblos pequeos, y en especial disfrutar de la vista de la carretera de nuestra bella rea de campo en las Colinas. Su filosofa de vida es: Dale energa al universo, y el universo te dar energa positive de vuelta, trata otros como quiere ser tratado, y confa en tu instinto.
