I have been a long-time resident of Wichita Falls and my wife is a life long resident. Growing up as a military dependent, I faced the challenges of relocating, so I have a special level of empathy for transferees or military members facing a PCS, Over my career I have represented thousands of buyers and sellers including institutional sellers - lenders, relocation companies, secondary markets and the government. I am currently serving as a local listing broker for HUD. I have marketed and sold commercial property, farms & ranches and businesses. I have owned and operated a construction firm and currently own and operate a property management company. My wife and I have 3 grown children. I have a wide variety of interests including the outdoors, sports and music. I'm quite involved at my church and have served on the boards and as a volunteer for many local charities
