Patrick is a second generation Realtor who learned about real estate at a very early age. His first rehab-resell project was at the age of 17 and paid for his first two-years of college. Having spent 9 years listing and selling real estate in Austin has put Patrick consistently in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. He also gives back to my industry by speaking and educating across the country. This has allowed Patrick to learn from some of the best agents in the country.
