Terrie McGuyer grew up in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. From there, she has lived in North Dallas, Richardson and now lives in Allen. She has seen the Metroplex go through many changes as the population has grown.
She received her certification from the State of Texas as a Day Care Director and worked 10+ years in management and administration of several Day Cares and Preschools in the area.
Her career moved into business management and in 2008, she became a real estate investor in the rental housing market. Her directive: Purchase homes in school districts where parents want to be. The natural progression of her career led her to be a Realtor; helping families to find a home and investors to make the most of the current market.
