Currently the Director of Real Estate Sales for Argent; Deer Valley's Newest Ski in/out Luxury condominiums. Most recent projects that I held a leadership role in are; Talisker Club Park City (real estate in Tuhaye & Empire Pass Deer Valley) plus East West Partners' luxury ski in/out project in Deer Valley, UT called One Empire Pass. Matthew's experience comes from a varied background of Ski / Golf Resort Real Estate development and sales to management positions in luxury ski / golf vacation communities.
Matthew has worked in real estate sales and development with Talisker Corporation in Park City, Utah and Lowe Enterprises and East West Partners in the Lake Tahoe area. While with these companies, he specialized in luxury condominiums at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Northstar Village Tahoe, Empire Pass Deer Valley and golf course properties and custom homes at the private communities of Tuhaye, Old Greenwood, Gray's Crossing and Grizzly Ranch.
In 2010, Matthew left the Tahoe area to accept a job as Sales Manager for the Waldorf Astoria Park City. The small town atmosphere and vibrant community of Park City seemed like the perfect spot to raise his loving family (Wife Shannon and Son Miles (11)) and pursue his love of outdoor adventure.
Born in Eastern Pennsylvania, Matthew attended college at Villanova University where he studied civil and mineral engineering and was a member of the Villanova golf team. From 1999 to 2007 he pursued his passion for golf and managed several private golf courses in the Tahoe Area, including Dragon Golf Club and Grizzly Ranch Golf Club, as the Head Golf Professional.
Wanting to provide the very best service for his clients, Matt joined Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties. He believes that BHHS provides the best platform for the real estate needs of his Park City developers, buyers and sellers. His extensive experience in golf and ski development projects helps him better serve and protect his clients' interests.
