Ted Hartman has a passion for helping people solve problems and find what really makes them happy. Prior to starting his dream job in real estate at The Kenny Parcell Team, Ted served 12 years as the EVP of marketing at Little Giant Ladder Systems for over 12 years and 4 years as chief marketing officer of a fast-growing renewable energy tech startup. Since 2020, Ted has used this marketing and sales experience to help his clients realize their dreams of home ownership and financial independence.

Ted split his growing years between the Chicago area and Springville, Utah. His parents made their kids learn the value of hard, manual labor . . . a lot of it, which instilled in him a strong desire to be educated. Ted earned a bachelors degree in English, business adminstration and Korean, and later, an MBA (emphasis in communications), from Brigham Young University.

Teds other passion is serving those who risk their lives to protect us. He recently completed a four-year term as president of the Honoring Heroes Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity, and continues to serve on the board of directors to support the families of fallen and injured law enforcement officers.

Ted lives in Mapleton, Utah, with his kind and beautiful wife, Becca and their four children: Sam, Josh, Maurie and Buddy (Nick). He enjoys hiking, cycling, fishing with his kids, hunting with his brothers, and especially cooking for others.
