My career in real estate started when I purchased my first condo in 2006. I fixed it up and ended up selling a lot sooner than I had anticipated. That's where I fell in love with the real estate market. I ended up doing that with 2 more properties and I realized this is the industry I want to dedicate myself to. While I still look out for an occasional "flip" for myself, my career is built around providing excellent client service and making sure that everyone involved in the transaction feels like it is a win/win scenario. I love helping everyone from the first time home buyer to the seasoned investor. There's definitely a difference in how to handle every situation and every client, but the one thing that is constant is my energy to make sure that I am representing my clients to their complete satisfaction while holding myself to the highest levels of competency, ethics, and decorum in the Salt Lake Valley market.
