Shana Bloom is the owner and Principal Broker of Bloom Real Estate, a 100% independent real estate firm serving both the Richmond and Charlottesville areas. A Virginia native and Realtor since 2006, Shana earned her real estate license at the age of 19. She began her career representing a local developer, managing sales for new construction subdivisions in Central Virginia before transitioning into full-service residential sales while attending classes in business & leadership at University of Richmond. She incorporated her real estate business as Bloom Real Estate in 2014 and in 2017 she founded her own independent firm to expand upon her services, distinguish her approach, and to mentor and create job opportunities for other extraordinary individuals. At Bloom Real Estate, Shana leads a select team of dedicated full time Realtors defined by their full-service, relationship-driven approach and deep commitment to providing buyers and sellers with advocacy and an exceptional experience. Shana believes that homeownership should be made more accessible to all strata of individuals and families through education, and she has built a team committed to assisting clients with long-term planning to realize the goal of homeownership.
