About Toney Humphries

I became a licensed, full time Realtor in 2004 and joined the RE/MAX family in 2008. I was attracted to RE/MAX because of the high level of professionalism and brand awareness it offers my clients.

Prior to my real estate career, I was employed with a local company in Botetourt for 15 years, which specialized in plastic extrusion equipment. During my time there, I was fortunate to travel the world extensively and this cultural exposure truly changed me as a person. As an international group manager, I was responsible for some of the most demanding markets, and it was there that I learned the importance of customer service, attention to detail, and the benefit of developing relationships with my clients. The varying cultures helped me to understand that not all clients are the same, and that each situation is unique and should be handled on an individual basis.

I feel that having this professional background and exposure to other ways of life, helps to set me apart from other Realtors you may interview. My only goal is complete 100% customer satisfaction, knowing that if I provide above average customer service and care, I will retain clients for life. Compensation, although important, is not my primary focus; it is simply as byproduct of exemplary service.

I am not the biggest name agent you may hear in real estate, and frankly that is not my goal. I strive to grow my business based on my reputation and service, and retaining clients for life. I have a list of recent referrals that I offer to all of my new potential clients.These past clients are happy to talk to you directly, if you have any questions.
