I have lived in the Hampton Roads area since 1989, residing in each of the cities of Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk. Real Estate is in my blood coming from a family of realtors! I specialize in Short Sales and Foreclosures, listing, selling, First time home buyers, Step up buyers, Military, and relocation. Growing up in a real estate family near Camp Lejuene, NC being part of military relocation for the Atlantic Fleet comes natural.
My main focus when working with clients is to educate them on the process so that they have some idea of how their experience may be effected by the change in market conditions from season to season. Honesty and communication are the two most important aspects of service for me. I tell all my clients, whether they are buying or selling, that I will always tell them truth...even if it is something they don't want to hear!
