I was born in Russia and came to the US as a teenager. I worked as a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines where I met her husband, a Navy F-14 Pilot, got married and started a family. We left Virginia Beach in 1991 when my husband got a transfer to Northern Va and looked for a home in the Fredericksburg area. We immediately fell in love with Lake of the Woods, a great community to raise a family. The kids were 1 and 2 at that time. The kids grew up, joined military, and now have their own kids but still call Lake of the Woods their home. I got my Real Estate license in 1991 and went to work for Century 21 just outside of LOW gate right away. It has been my career every since. Business practice and technology has changed over the years, but my personalized approach to each client has not changed. I still practices direct communication to my clients. My clients are never passed to processors or second and third assistants. My clients communicate directly with me every time and all the time. To my sellers, I offer a free professional photography and a professional home staging consultation to maximize the return on the home; as well as a pre-market or pre-closing house cleaning or a home warranty, a list of reliable contractors and subcontractors. To her buyers, I offer an extensive knowledge of the entire Fredericksburg area and local real estate market as well as a number of excellent lenders and inspectors for a successful and least stressful home purchase.
