Hello! My name is Blake Shorter. Im from a small, one stoplight town in Central Virginia. I have two wonderful children who are five and eight years old. We love exploring the outdoors!
After almost ten years experience investing in real estate, I decided to earn my Real Estate license.
I started by purchasing my first house, which was a fixer upper. This taught me so much about working on houses. After that experience I wanted to learn more! That led me to develop a passion for seeing a house become a home.
From there I bought land and was my own contractor for my first house building project. That experience, combined with my previous experience, led me to purchasing, remodeling, renting and selling houses.
