Thomas Determan is a licensed Hawaii Realtor associate & rental property manager. He first obtained his real estate license in 2005 after successfully selling his personal home on Oahu, and then became a sales agent for one of the largest real estate companies in Hawaii. In that time, Tom went on to invest in acquiring rental property and becoming an expert in property management.
Thomas was originally born and raised in Baltimore, MD and eventually went to college at the University of San Francisco where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. His expertise includes sales negotiations, customer service, and operations management. Thomas is also a proud military veteran having served as an Indirect Fire Infantryman with the US Army.
Thomas continued to live in and around the Bay Area for 14 years where he met a local girl from Hawaii who later became his wife. They initially bought their first home in Hayward, CA where their daughter was born.
By 2001, they decided to move to the beautiful island of Oahu to be closer to his wifes family. Two years later, their son was born. His daughter is now studying Computer Science at the University of California, Davis and his son is currently a high school student at St. Louis School in Kaimuki.
Currently Thomas is focused on building a portfolio of rental properties to manage, and is dedicated to helping property owners maintain their homes and maximize the income potential.
