My Philosophy
My mission is to get to listen and get to know whats important to my clients in order to provide exceptional service. My goal is to exceed my clients expectations and become apart of their home story and build a trusted relationship so they know where to go when they need additional real estate services.

My Story

I grew up in central Virginia then attended James Madison University. Upon graduation with my Bachelor of Science degree, I attended graduate school University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I attained my graduate degree in Environmental Sciences & Engineering.

At this point, I guess you are wondering how did a science major end up in real estate? I do love the math and sciences. However, as a doctors wife, we moved around a lot for my husbands training. After living in NC, SC, and PA, we returned to Virginia to settle in Fredericksburg with our three children. While I have never been a big fan of moving, I do so enjoy the house hunt and finding the right home for our family was very important to me. It was during that most recent home search for my family that I realized I would love helping other families through this process!

So now as a real estate agent, I specialize in both buyer and seller representation, including first time home buyers, relocation, and new construction. I utilize skills I picked up from my science and research days and incorporate what I can to better serve my clients. For my clients, I utilize my research skills to provide you with an in-depth analysis of home values, the best pricing or negotiation strategies, and develop a marketing strategy using the latest technology for sellers.

My attention to detail, dedication, and work ethic will guide you through the real estate buying and/or selling process! I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals!
