Charles is a native of Durham, North Carolina and a licensed Broker/Realtor in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. He has been in the real estate business for over 13 years and love providing his clients with great customer services. He is great at working with people and helping them find their dream home and/or sell their houses.
Charles graduated from Louisburg College with an Associate of the Arts Degree and later attended UNC-Wilmington for a year to study Psychology. He joined the U.S. Army for 3 years to serve his country. He was an Airborne soldier with an Information Systems Analyst career. While in the Army he continued his education at Campbell University, studying Psychology and Economics. His travels in the military took him to South Korea, Hawaii, Georgia, Oklahoma and Fort Bragg, NC.
Charles worked as a Marketing Listing Coordinator and a Buyer's Specialist from 2003 to 2009 with two of the leading Realtors in Durham, NC. He learned a lot about real estate and also how to run a successful business from the best in the business.
Charles worked with Dream Living Realty in Raleigh, NC from 2009 to 2013. He was the top selling Realtor with Dream Living Realty in 2012 and 2013. He was then recruited to join Keller Williams Preferred Realty and started Dudley Real Estate Group in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
Charles is currently living and working in Philadelphia, PA to open Dudley Real Estate Group. He is looking forward to helping Philadelphians out, and bringing southern charm with amazing customer service to the area.
Charles' main source of acquiring business are referrals from satisfied past clients. And, he is truly grateful for all referrals he receives!!
