Born and raised in the Charlottesville area, Jessica is the daughter of home builder Mike Gaffney. Being exposed to the housing industry at a young age provided the foundation for a lifelong interest in construction and design. After graduating from Albemarle High School, Jessica attended Christopher Newport University for her BA in Communications and Ohio University for her Masters in Media & Communications.
Jessica Saadut joined her father in real estate after eight years in event planning at a local country club, and five years prior to that in the restaurant and service industry. Her experience managing and coordinating helped her glean a better understanding of the Charlottesville community.
With a solid background in contracts, scheduling, and organizational details, Jessica provides down-to-earth and reliable guidance for her customers throughout the home buying or selling process. Her personal experiences with the Charlottesville housing market have helped define her approach to providing quality services.
In her free time Jessica enjoys running, reading, and hiking with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
