I have had my real estate license for over 25 years due to an interest generated by numerous moves (7) with Eli Lilly and Company. I started in sales with Lilly in 1972 and worked my way up from field sales to a sales manager for group purchasing organizations. Pharmaceutical sales is all about customer service, attention to detail, quality products, honesty and integrity - because the same attributes are important in real estate - this allowed me to have an easy transition into real estate after I retired in 2004. While I have had my license for a long time, I did not put it to use till I moved to Smith Mtn Lake in 2004.
