Christopher is a true native of Virginia Beach! Born and raised in the area, Christopher began his real estate career in 1988 as a rental agent for a local Sandbridge firm. During his career in property management, Christopher was honored with numerous recognitions including the Distinguished Property Manager Award (1989, 1990 and 1993-1998) from the local Realtors Association.After many years as a property manager, Christopher decided to make a career change and enter real estate sales where he quickly became the # 1 Sales Agent in Sandbridge Beach. Christopher earned many awards in sales including the local Realtors Association Gold Award which was recognized as the Top Sales Award given at that time.In 2002, Christopher moved to the Pacific Northwest where he opened his own real estate firm. With 23 top producing agents, his Realty World franshise soared to #3 in his county in only a couple of years.
