Cindy Greenya has been buying, selling, and managing Real Estate since 1996. She started her career in property management and moved up the ranks to Director of a national property management firm. She became a licensed agent in 2000 as a part-time agent. She took the leap of faith in 2007 to maker her love, her full time ambition. Cindy prides herself in taking an ethical, common-sense approach to real estate. As a Listing and Home Buyer Specialist, no task is too daunting! Short sales and financially challenged buyers and sellers are welcome. Together with you, she will devise a strategic plan of attack!

She has also been inducted into the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors Hall of Fame for her sales production. She maintains membership with The Northern Virginia and The Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. She has served in many capacities on the Board of Directors at The Blue Ridge Association of Realtors and currently enjoys her role as Past President. These affiliations expand her knowledge and access across the Shenandoah Valley, Loudoun, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. She currently works for Keller Williams Realty. She currently leads a top-producing team and is passionate about the success of the agents she coaches. She is thrilled to see them successfully progress in their careers.
Born in Okinowa Japan, her early years were spent abroad, where her father served in the United States Army. Eventually, her family settled stateside in Burke, Virginia. Cindy purchased her first home in Loudoun and finally settled into Winchester in 2003. Cindy and her husband Eric enjoy life together with her son William and 2 beautiful girls Samantha and Alexandra and her two bonus children Maddy and Ben.
As a proud citizen of the United States, she feels that it is her civic duty to give back to the community. She enjoys volunteering and financially Supporting CCAP, The Laurel Center, Froggy's Closet, All Ages Read Together, Literacy Volunteers Winchester Area, The Boy Scouts Shenandoah Area Council, and Shenandoah Valley Trees.
