Susan Moenssens has BS & M Ed degrees from VCU and a Juris Doctor degree from T.C. Williams School of Law at University of Richmond. Currently she is the Broker for Lighthouse Real Estate in Kilmarnock, VA and also does limited law work in real estate, writing contracts & deeds and elder law. Susan has a large family and 10 grandchildren. Her son, Fred Baughan, a former Appraiser, joined her at Lighthouse Real Estate as an Agent in 2021. Previously Susan had a large real estate practice in law and earlier managed 3 offices for Lighthouse Real Estate. Today we focus on Customer Service and helping our clients and customers to find and purchase the home or land of their dreams. A top producing Agent, Susan enjoys playing piano and having morning coffee while watching the deer and birds at her Victorian home in Flowering Fields which she and her husband operate as Flowering Fields B&B in White Stone.
