With a degree in civil engineering, Lauras educational and professional experiences have provided a strong foundation in her real estate career. Laura has had the unique experience of selling real estate in Manhattan for Brown Harris Stevens in the uppereast side while working with numerous international investors in a particularly competitive environment. She continues to maintain many of those relationships today. Lauras real passions, however, directed her to the countryside, where she was a top producing agent in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and across the Delaware River in Hunterdon County, NJ for a boutique real estate firm, very similar to Middleburg Real Estate, for multiple years with a strong client base coming from New York and Philadelphia. With this distinctive real estate experience, her negotiating skills and client relations are superior.
The equestrian lifestyle of the Middleburg area have brought her to Virginia as she has been a rider for more than twenty five years. Laura has a particular interest in furthering her showing experience in the dressage discipline at this time. She lives on a family thoroughbred farm part of the Orange County hunt land where she equally enjoys riding the fox hunters with her sister. Laura is a member of F.I.A.B.C.I., an international real estate federation based out of France and actively networks with international agents. Laura is also licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
